Sliced Croc Tails
Soya Sauce

Barbeque Marinade
Preparation
Defrost your croc in hot water.
Place your meat in a bowl and season with all the ingredients - dont be shy ;)
Leave the meat to marinade in the mixture for an hour
Place meat on a medium to hot braai for approximately 20min per side
Let the meat rest for 15 minutes and enjoy!
